Multi Family Office

- Definition
- A Multi Family Office (MFO) is a firm that provides investment management, governance, and family-office services to multiple unrelated families under one MAS-licensed platform.
Singapore MFOs typically hold a Capital Markets Services Licence as a Fund Management Company (Retail or A/I), serve clients with US$10M-200M+ in investable assets, and price fees at 0.5-1.5% of AUM plus retainer. Some operate via affiliate structures with private banks; others are independent. Around 50-80 firms hold themselves out as MFOs in Singapore.
